Linux server hardware upgrade

The previous hardware use the Intel 810 chipset, Celeron 733MHz cpu, 512 SDRAM, viedo onboard. I upgrade the hardware as following.
Asus Intel 845 chipset, P4 3.2GHz, Apacer DDR 512M, still use the Software Raid highpoint 454 IDE raid 5, 4 x 80G IDE HD attached.

Running the perl program seems much faster than previous hardware.

為何記憶力變差了(喝水篇)

認識很多完全不喝白開水的人,他們都忽略了白開水對身體的重要性,

以為只要是水份即可,一昧的將飲料當開水喝,

殊不知加料的糖水,對人體的害處不可計數。
總之呢,多喝水!多喝水有益,沒事多喝水。

為何記憶力變差了?
你有沒有發現自己的記憶力越來越差、容易呆滯、反應遲鈍,而且工
作缺乏效率?其實這並不是你的身體開始老化,有可能是你不知道如
何正確地補充水份喔!

那麼要如何做才正確呢?把握以下的時機補充水分,保證讓你水噹噹!

.三餐後喝水
醫生建議用餐後半小時喝水較為適當,但是現代人習慣喝罐裝飲料,
不喜歡喝白開水,其實每餐飯後喝罐飲料,也大概可以補充一天所需
水分的一半了,然而,喝罐裝飲料也要慎重選擇,其中以運動飲料或
是蔬果汁最好,因為蔬果汁可以補充多種養分,而運動飲料具備適量
的電解質,和人體滲透壓相當,比水還容易被吸收,最近市面上出現
了 Light的運動飲料,對於不常運動的上班族來說,是補充水分和電
解質相當適合的選擇。

.起床一杯水
清晨可以說是一天之中補充水分的最佳時機,因為清晨飲水可以使腸
胃馬上甦醒過來,刺激蠕動、防止便秘,更重要的是,經過長時間的
睡眠後,血液濃度增高,這個時候補充水分,能迅速降低血液濃度,
促進循環,讓人神清氣爽,恢復清醒。

.睡前一杯水
人體在睡眠的時候會自然發汗,在不知不覺中流失了水分及鹽分,而
睡眠的八小時內,身體都無法補充水分,這就是為什麼早晨起床會覺
得口乾舌燥的原因了。因此醫生建議在睡前半小時要預先補充水分、
電解質,讓身體在睡眠中仍能維持平衡的狀態,同時也能降低尿液濃
度,防止結石的發生機率。
