您曾經算過您1天平均睡多久的時間嗎？日本最新研究調查顯示，每天睡7小時的人可以活得最久，而睡得愈多死亡率就愈高，如果每天要睡9個小時以上的人可能身體有毛病，必須看醫生徹底找出病因。
