1、常吃宵夜，容易得胃癌， 因為胃得不到休息 。
2、一個星期只能吃四顆蛋，吃太多，對身體不好 。
3、雞屁股含有致癌物, 不要吃較好 。
4、飯後吃水果是錯誤的觀念，應是飯前吃水果。
5、女生月經來時，少喝茶，多吃可以補血的東西 。
6、喝豆漿時不要加雞蛋及糖，也不要喝太多。
7、空腹時不要吃蕃茄，最好飯後吃 。
8、早上醒來，先喝一杯水，預防結石。
9、睡前三小時不要吃東西，會胖。

SATA 2.5將一統SATA II規格？
文/黃彥棻 (記者) 2005-10-24硬碟廠商紛紛推出SATA II規格的硬碟，強調每秒傳輸速度3Gb，以及具有原生命令佇列（NCQ）功能。不過，Serial ATA協會將於月底公布正式的SATA第二代規格SATA 2.5，並將進行認證。而希捷（Seagate）日前發表500GB的3.5吋SATA硬碟Barracuda 7200.9，就是目前第一款符合SATA 2.5規範的第二代SATA硬碟。

The IEEE (define) 802.11 Working Group put the finishing touches on the specification called 802.11e last month. The standard will enhance the Media Access Control (MAC) layer of 802.11 chips to handle quality of service (QoS) — in other words, it prioritizes traffic such as video, audio and voice on Wi-Fi networks, delivering better performance for VoIP and multimedia applications.
