2. turn into developer mode (webos20090606)
3. isntall python http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7/
4. run novaproxy.py
5. putty raw 127.0.0.1 port 8023

ASSUMPTION:
You have trouble getting to webOS 1.4.1 because you are running Sprint webOS on a O2 locked device with a rebel unlockcard, or an other unlock card.
